Center Hill Cabins:
General Policy and Information

Deposits: $200

Cabin Deposits must be received within 10 days of reservation request. Your deposit is payable by check, certified check, or money order only. It will become a security deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 5 days of your stay, providing there are no damages, missing equipment, excessive cleaning or late check-out.

Your deposit is refundable less $100 processing and remarketing fee if cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date. Nonrefundable if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

Rates:

Rental Rate can be paid for by check or money order. Full rental rate and sales tax are due upon arrival. Sales tax is in addition to the rental rate.

Other Notes:

Any changes to the unit type or dates consititutes a cancellation.
No rain-checks or refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, weather conditions or unforseen breakdowns.
No pets allowed
Cabins are SMOKE FREE
Check in time: 3:00 p.m. CST
Check out time: 11:00 a.m. CST
Must be 21 to make reservations.
