The
vacation homes are located in the Upper Cumberland Area. The area is home
to Fall Creek Falls, which is 256 feet tall and the highest waterfall
east of the Rockies. Seven Tennessee State Parks are also close by:
Burgess Falls, Cumberland Mountain, Edgar Evans, Fall Creek Falls,
Pickett, Rock Island, and Standing Stone. Other nearby recreation includes
golf, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, and hunting. Spectacular views
are everywhere!
Conveniently
nearby is a local grocery and gas station for necessary items. You can
enjoy arts and crafts at the Appalachian Center for Crafts, seasonal
festivals and jamborees, and Cumber County Playhouse which is one of the
largest rural theaters in the country and only 45 minutes away. Little
Bit of Heaven is within a 20 min drive of Cookeville and a 45 min. drive
to Crossville. |

can also find a little "city life" in the town of Cookeville
which is less than a 20-minute drive away. There you will find casual and
fine dining, Tennessee Tech University, local shops and antiques, and the
Cookeville Mall. Around the town square you can visit Poet's Coffee shop
and Book store to enjoy a cup of fresh brewed coffee and watch quaint
small town life. |
Center Hill Lake covers approximately 18,000 acres and
has a maximum water depth of 200 feet. Fishing is excellent for largemouth
and smallmouth bass, striped bass, crappie, trout, walleye, catfish, and
panfish.
